Wagyu

Wagyu is a Japanese breed of cattle, which produces beef prized for its intense marbling, rich flavour, and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. The beef's signature marbling, or intramuscular fat, is a result of unique genetics and a specific feeding regimen that contributes to its buttery texture and delicate flavour.
